Support Workers
Provide hands-on daily living support, personal care, and community participation assistance to NDIS participants across South Australia.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid driver's licence & reliable vehicle
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (desirable)
Accommodation Support
Support participants living in Supported Independent Living (SIL) arrangements, helping them build skills and thrive in their home environment.
- Experience in residential disability support
- Ability to work overnight & weekend shifts
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
Support Coordination
Help NDIS participants understand and implement their plans, connect with services, and build capacity to manage their own supports.
- Experience in NDIS support coordination
- Strong knowledge of the NDIS framework
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Relevant tertiary qualification (desirable)
Administration & Operations
Keep our team running smoothly by supporting scheduling, compliance, client communications, and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Strong administrative & organisational skills
- Experience in a health or disability setting (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & digital tools
- Attention to detail & a proactive mindset
