NDIS mentoring Support

Mentoring Team

At EaseAssist, Our team of qualified Mentors provide capacity-building support designed to help individuals living with disabilities develop skills, enhance personal growth, and achieve their goals, ultimately fostering independence and community engagement.

Mentoring involves personalised support, skill development, and guidance in navigating the NDIS and accessing community resources.

You will develop new skills to become more independent and to improve your relationships with partners, family members, friends, and others. This can help you to become more confident in managing and coping with everyday life issues and challenges.
